Terms of service

These terms cover buying from pawtalepress.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are. PawTale Press is operated by Rolling Ryno LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@pawtalepress.com.

2. Orders. An order is accepted when we email your confirmation. We may cancel an order with a full refund if an item can't be made, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Prices and taxes. Prices are in US dollars unless your country's currency is shown. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Sales tax is added where required.

4. Personalization. We print names exactly as you type them, so please check spelling before ordering. Names are limited to 16 characters. We may decline text that is offensive or that belongs to someone else, such as a trademark.

5. Your photos. If you send photos for "Your pet, painted", you confirm they're yours to use or you have permission to share them. You keep all rights to your photos. You let us use them only to make your order, as described in our Privacy policy. We may decline photos that show people, or that contain characters, logos or other people's artwork.

6. Our artwork. Our designs, and the portraits we make for you, are made with AI image tools and finished by our own software. The printed item is yours to keep, give and enjoy. You may not resell our designs or reproduce them commercially. We may show breed designs (never portraits of your own pet) in our shop and marketing.

7. Colors and appearance. Screens show colors differently, and printed materials vary slightly, so your item may look a little different from the pictures.

8. Delivery, refunds and reprints. See our Shipping policy and Refunds and reprints policy, which form part of these terms.

9. Our liability. If we let you down, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned, except where the law doesn't allow that limit. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer laws of the country you live in.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer outside the US, you keep any protections your own country's laws give you.

11. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order. Last updated: September 27, 2026.
