Shipping policy
Most US orders arrive within 5 to 13 business days of ordering, and US delivery is free. Each item is printed to order by our production partners, usually in the country it's going to.
Where we deliver and what it costs. One flat charge per order, however many items:

Jigsaw puzzles ship to the US only. For other countries, you can find us on Etsy.
How long it takes. Estimated business days from order to delivery, including printing:

For "Your pet, painted", add the time it takes you to approve your preview. We print as soon as you approve, or after 3 days if we haven't heard from you.
Christmas. To arrive by December 24, please order by:

Tracking. When your order ships we email you the tracking link. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
Delays. If your order will be later than these estimates, we'll email you a new date, and you can cancel for a full refund if you'd rather not wait.
Customs. Most orders are printed in the country they're delivered to. If customs ever charges duty or tax on delivery, it's payable by the recipient; email us first if you're unsure.
Addresses. Please check your address at checkout. We deliver to the address given, and can't change it once an order is printing (see our Refunds and reprints policy).
