How long will my order take? Most US orders arrive in 5 to 13 business days. See our Shipping policy for Canada, Australia and Christmas order-by dates.
Can I see my portrait before it's printed? For "Your pet, painted", yes: we email you a preview first. For breed portraits, the picture on the product page is the artwork we print, with your pet's name added in the style shown.
My pet's breed isn't listed. Choose "Your pet, painted from your photos" and send us a photo. It works for any dog or cat, including mixed breeds.
What photos work best? One to three clear, well-lit color photos with your pet's face in view and only your pet in the picture. A full-body photo helps us get the markings right. Black-and-white photos don't work, because we can't see the true colors.
What happens to my photos? They're used only to paint your portrait, never shown publicly or used to train AI, and deleted 30 days after your order ships. Our Privacy policy has the details.
Can I put two pets on one item? Not yet: each item shows one pet.
How long can the name be? Up to 16 characters. We print it exactly as you type it, so please check the spelling.
I made a mistake in my order. Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll fix it or cancel it for a full refund.
Can you ship to another country? We deliver to the US, Canada and Australia from this store. You can find us on Etsy for other countries.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe? Yes, dishwasher and microwave safe.
What if my order arrives damaged? Email a photo to hello@pawtalepress.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
